We really enjoyed a continental breakfast. It was in a brilliant location right at a 15th - century Renaissance mansion.
Shame the bathroom was quite small.

The breakfast offered was good with juices and fresh fruit, as example, couldn't have asked for more.

I had a really great experience here, everything was great, the location was marvellous just off the major sights of Florence and the Florence train station Firenze SMN within walking distance and public transport. The classic queen room was absolutely fantastic and comfy with very very bold and a single bed, as example.

Personnel was very welcoming and really good!
We had a fine time in this friendly family run hotel in Florence. We really enjoyed continental breakfast with a good choice of different meals. Magnificent location, Peretola airport was 10 km away.

Rooms were excellent - we booked the 'upgraded rooms' on the 3rd floor. Location was also excellent - 10 mins walk to train station, 2 mins to river and 20 mins to Dumo.
Breakfast really lets the hotel down - everything else is excellent. Staff seemed more interested in cleaning up and getting ready for the next day rather than re-stocking the food on the breakfast buffet, also very limited choice. But the rooms and location certainly made up for these points - would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being just a short walk from Florence train station Firenze SMN and in a central area. I also enjoyed trying some drinks at the nearby bar Gilo Pianobar, which was only a 5-minute walk away.

The breakfast here was satisfying with hot sausage and fresh coffee, and the location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful square.

Causy, Friendly helpful staff. Close to the river, to the shopping area, to the dome, to the museums and to the St.Maria Novella's station. Nice breakfast, with enough variety. PS. Take the best of Tuscany tour in 1 day, Wow!!

The hotel staff are so helpful, we immediately felt welcome and that is wonderful when you just get to a new city!
Hotel room that we stayed is quite ok, however not the most comfy ones. Bathroom is a bit small.

The continental breakfast with a variety of breads and cheeses is the highlight, the location is wonderful if you want to be close to restaurants and bars, as it's near the downtown area.
